Brief

Reckitt were looking to align all brands under one tech stack and align on a design system that could flex across all brands, no matter the market or brand.

Approach 

Our CX approach for RB is one that would align all brands to a shared vision that all brands could follow no matter what the brand and what market they operate in. The approach was shaped alongside the RB global team as a collaborative process to produce an approach and principles that can work with all their brands.

Results

The development of 4 key principles that can be shared across all brands and the designs of 6 key power brands that could be tested and rolled out globally.
